Refund & Exchange Policy

At HAZE WEAR, we want you to feel confident with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 🤍

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unwashed

  • The item is in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging are intact

  • Shoes have no signs of wear, scratches, or marks on the sole

  • Your order number or proof of purchase is provided

Size & Colour Exchange

Need a different size or colour? No problem.

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all tags attached.

Replacement delivery follows our standard delivery timeframe of 1–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear or items that come into direct contact with the body, where applicable

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or had their tags removed

  • Custom or personalised items made specifically according to the customer's request

Return Shipping

Change of mind / Size / Colour:
The customer covers return shipping.

Wrong item / Store error / Manufacturing defect:
HAZE WEAR covers the return shipping cost.

Wrong Item or Defect

Received the wrong item, size, colour, or found a manufacturing defect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through Instagram or TikTok @hazewear.sa and send clear photos of the item.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time for the refund to appear.
